The detainees are charged with three cases of theft within January of this year in Berat. Their target was tools.
According to police, arrested
- E. L, 16, residents of Uznova district, Berat, (principled earlier, to grow narcotics, thefts, and non-mission of combat ammunition).
Simon Komarac, 31, resident of Uznova County, Berat.
-Aurel Etemaj, 33, residents of Uznova County, Berat, (principled earlier for criminal theft).
The Cases That Are Charged
- On the day of 22.01.2018, in the residence of citizens Mr. J, they've allegedly stolen a troco and a TV.
- On the 18th,01.2018th, in the warehouse of the citizen Y. B, they've allegedly stolen two trocos.
- Also in the quality of material evidence were seized and stolen materials in the residence of A.D. citizens, an event that happened on the date 04.01.18, where the suspected author was banned citizen E. L, who was later released by the Judiciary Circle Court.
Materials were passed to the District Attorney of the Judiciary Berat for criminal work “Vim, conducted in co-operation”.
