According to the ministry's communiqué, Bytyqi has offered support for stock exchanges growth, not showing specifically whether this will be budgetary support. “We will be supporters of creating the best conditions, adding the motivation for our students to compete to join this elite category”, he said.
At this meeting, the minister also stressed the need to release the property on the part of the UP, with the goal of creating conditions for normal scientific- research activities of the Institute of History.
The minister also discussed the decision issued in December 2017 involving the provision of the second floor of the University Library.
He stressed that this institution currently has no minimum conditions to develop activities and jobs expected by the institute. The University of Pristina Steering Council had decided on lowering the student scholarships in December 2017. The scholarships for this year amounted to 500 euros out of 600 last year.
