O'Connell says what he has with Thaci.

During the interview in Klan Kosova, the ambassador of Great Britain to Kosovo, Ruairi O'Connell, has been asked about the relationship he has with the country's president, Hashim Thaci, following recent developments.

O'Connell has declared that they have good co-operation, adding that he has been one of his closest collaborators during the process of declaring independence.

We have a good relationship and I have continued communication with him and we have never stopped communicating with his office. We will continue to work with all the leaders chosen by the people. But I think some disputes are being created because leaders in general in Kosovo should be more direct with citizens and be aware of what they say and are not true”, he has said.
