Last year, control of oil quality at the border has passed to Kosovo Customs. According to the latter's data, the year we left after 1100 oil controls, 10 of them have turned out to be out of the allowed parameters, mostly at the extraction point.
The Adriatic Stavileci spokesperson of Customs stressed that the report for 2017 shows customs has taken samples and exercised control in 1100 cases.
“Fightly a large portion of them, 97 %s, have come up conform results within the required parameters with instructions until only 10 Manuna or 10 Autobots have fulfilled the pre-reform criteria and all have turned back”, he said.
But the same minister who had given Customs the competence to control the quality of oil at the border would receive the same. Trade Minister Bajram Hasani has confirmed this.
Bajram Hasani, minister of trade and industry, said there is a small number controlled by customs, only 3 if I'm not mistaken, according to statistics, the Autobots who entered, have a rotating system that stops them, but it's a small number that we're about to make preparations, we've initiated, we're making a document concept that maybe even make a rediagement of oil control, go into the competence of the Ministry of Commerce. We're willing to take those responsibilities, but of course a double law, we've made a working group.
Minister Hasani said they are awaiting the recommendations of this task force to see how to deal with inspection troops and oil import control.
