Minister of Justice: Special Function done

Tahiri has said what is the fact is that the Special Court is functional.

The special court was founded on constitutional changes in 2015, and of course Kosovo is the parliamentary republic and any changes coming from Parliament of any law, from the prime minister and all ministers we are obliged to respect.

I don't want to prejudge what's going to happen in the future, but what's the fact that the Court is functional... and we hope that such a court will have professional people who won't make up the whole system like it did in the last few days --”, Tahiri said.
