Under the reorganization, the functioning of the prosecution body, increasing public performance and credibility at this institution, Acting Attorney General Arta Mark signed the changes as follows:
Starting today, 09th. 01. 2018
Dritan Gina, commander-in-chief of the Elbasan Judiciary District, aborts his orders and returns as prosecutor to the prosecutor's appointment;
Acting Director of the Elbasan Judiciary Circle District, the prosecutor, Ardjan Neza, is appointed.
Paul Decholl, commander-in-chief of the Prosecutor of the District of Fier, is interrupted and returned to the prosecutor's office.
Acting Justice District Prosecutor Fatmir Lushi is appointed prosecutor.
Arthur Ismailukaj, commander-in-chief of the Judicial District Attorney Kukes, aborts his orders and returns as prosecutor to the prosecutor he is appointed to;
Acting Justice District Prosecutor Alketa Nushi is appointed prosecutor.
