In a pronomation for “Index”, he said the institution he runs would deal seriously with public statements that could help whiteen certain murders.
We will, however, make a request to collect information and listen to these persons who are publicly being promoted if they have information that leads us on the track of investigations”, he said.
Next, Lumez explained that it is binding that any tissue representing the identity of the perpetrators of the criminal act be taken by specific investigative actions.
The chief prosecutor added that with several proposals aimed at dekomorenting the justice system in ways of lighting specific cases which he has investigated U n NMIC or EULEX, there is no need to deal with them.
However, if one of them has information about the identity of the chief of the criminal act, it would be, the law and the constitution would impose it, which those information to be presented to the State Prosecutor, to the prosecution organs, respectively, he said.
Otherwise, today on the occasion of the death anniversary of LDK activities Enver Maloku, analyst and journalist Bajrush Morina has said a Parliament deputy and his wife are guilty of Maloku's death, but have not mentioned names.
Regarding these statements, Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has asked Lumez chief prosecutor to address Morina's statement.
“This case will be handled immediately, so that the contender will present the alleged facts through which he accuses one of the deputies of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament, or on the contrary confronting the justice system”, the justice minister said.
