Learning when next attempt to abolish Special will take place

The head of the Kosovo Assembly has failed three times to hold the meeting, where it was expected to be discussed for the abolition of the Special Court. Periscop has learned that the next meeting of the Parliament's Headship has been called for Monday, January 22nd. At this meeting, the 43 deputies' initiative to abolish [...] will be in order on a day.
Periscop sources have indicated that the next Assembly of the Parliament's Headship will take place on Monday.
There will also be a discussion on abolishing the Law for the Special Court.
So far, the gathering of headship where it was to be discussed in abolishing this Law has failed three times, in absence of corruption.
The Speaker of the Assembly, Kadri Wessel, had also called meetings on December 22nd on this very issue, but in the absence of numbers, he had failed twice in a row.
The latest meeting, besides Vetevendosje, was boycotted by the AAK, Initiative and Non-US communities (part of the ruling coalition). Representatives of these parties argued that some of the members were abroad.
Meanwhile, LDK representatives, even though they were present in the hall, indicated that they were planning to release the meeting when the Special Chamber Determination Bill came in line.
Again, there were sharp reactions from ambassadors, who demanded that this initiative of some MPs be finally abolished.
“The amendment or reverse of the Law for Special Court and the demonstration of its contempt for rule of law would turn Kosovo back for years to its integration into European institutions. If you want to join a club you must live by the rules of that club. One of the most important regulations in the Euro-Atlantic club is the rule of law”, American Ambassador Greg Delaway said. /Periscopi
