He after meeting with Gjilan leader Lutfi Haziri, said there are several projects expected to be held in the future and that there should be no delays in this regard.

We have a lot of projects ahead of us. Obligations on the highway have been taken, there are two other projects that, as a government, we can stand alongside the Communists, is a waste water plant, a major project where the government will enter financial obligations. They will also take on obligations for circuit road drilling, because it is about public infrastructure. Works that are in the interest of citizens of the Gjilan municipality will be carried out”, Prime Minister Haradinaj has said.

While the mayor of the Gjilan municipality, Lutfi Haziri, has called for support from Haradinaj for major projects, which exceed the municipality's budgetary capacities.

He has reminded the prime minister that Gjilan is central in the southeast region, with the impact on the Presevo Valley in Kumanovo and Skopje's Karadaku, and is important for cross-border co-operation and partnership.

As major problems for Gjilan, Mayor Haziri has cited the sewage treatment facility, drilling for the circuit route, infrastructure problem, the EURZH loan, highways and many other programmes.

Otherwise, Chairman Haziri and Prime Minister Haradinaj, following office meetings and the Municipal Assembly, have held separate meetings with the two mayors of Macedonia, Kumanovo and Kriva Pallanka, and with the important personalities of Gjilan to complete the visit to the company for production of fluid “Fludi”.
