Macedonia's president, Djordje Ivanov, refused to sign the law on language, which presents Albanian as the second official language.
The House session, to be discussed again, is scheduled for January 29th.
In the explanation delivered to the Assembly on 14 pages, Ivanov said the adoption of this law has abused the European flag and was adopted by a simple majority, broadcast Serbian media.
If the law is voted in third reading in the Parliament on 29 January, President Ivanov must sign it.
