He was filmed by a woman's hidden camera telling her she'd rent her apartment for free in exchange for sexual favors.
“Daily Mail” writes that this new phenomenon has recently spread in Wales, where householders offer free rent in exchange for sex.
These houses are promoted by them online with the “packaged by rent via an alternative fee”.
