Germany's government is facing heavy criticism and calls to stop arms exports to Turkey after reports were used in Turkish offensive against German tanks Kurdish YPG in Africa.

Turkey-led forces launched an attack on northern Syria during Saturday morning.
Tensions come weeks after the two countries' foreign ministers pledged to improve bilateral relations.
Relations between the two NATO members have deteriorated dramatically in recent years.
The reports suggest Berlin is moving to approve a request made by Turkey in connection with German arms producer Rheinmetal to adapt Leopard 2 models to better protect them from explosives.
They are thought to have been used by Turkey against the Islamic State in Syria, but defence experts have speculated that the latest images followed by Operation “Ullyr's Dega” show German tanks being used against Kurds.
