Sources of the newspaper in Government have talked about the first option, and for the second have provided details in the Presidency. What unites both is the pledge that, after ratification, the agreement be renegotiated in the event new facts arise that make any segment of the border contestable. They can only tell at the point of the shape of this vow.
The option in which more is being invested, according to sources at the executives, concerns the release of a joint statement between Kosovo authorities and those of Montenegro, in which the readiness to renegotiate the agreement is stressed.
