Kosovo's own deputies for more than two years have given way to the Special Court, but last month 43 lawmakers collected signatures to undo the same.
They requested an extraordinary session for the Special from the day they collected their signatures (December 22nd), but this was not achieved since the leadership failed twice (in the absence of quorum) to hold the meeting to proceed further.
