However, there are some people who are not worth it.
It is about those with limited abilities who have relief in this regard. The same are released from the customs excise.
In response to “Ineksonline”, Kosovo Customs has shown which documents these people should have so they can be released from this fee.
According to this institution, vehicles released from customs duties cannot be borrowed, leased, or even transferred to other people.
In practice, however, it turns out to be a little different. The person in question can authorize a guide to direct the vehicle separately within the territory of the Republic.
In this case, the guides are not allowed to drive abroad.
Documents that are defined with Legal Base: Civil Code No. 03L-109, Customs and Actisa Code in Kosovo, Annex “A” Article 78 is like:
The decision by the competent body or the Commission (understanding of KKUK medicine) that confirms the proof of bodily damage.
In case the person is the beneficiary of disability pension, the decision by the Ministry of Labour and Social welfare MPMS.

Otherwise, the new automotive law also envisions penalties for all car - changing people. Also with the Law, the person who conducted the vehicle registration must pay other taxes, such as taxes on property in order to register revenues into the Kosovo Republic budget.
