Kotzias has made public the details of what has been achieved for the maritime border. “Albania has acknowledged our right to 12 miles of”, so it declared during an interview yesterday night for state television. ERT.
The agreement on the maritime border that took over former Democrat Foreign Minister Lulzim Basha and his former counterpart Bakoyannis was never implemented. The Constitutional Court found this agreement problematic and declared it unconstitutional.
