By 18.01.2018, Italian police have returned depositive citizen Christian Deda, 41, who had served the sentence in the Italian state, to 17 years in prison for the murder of an Italian citizen.

The aforementioned citizen is convicted in absentia by the Court of the Kurdish Judiciary Circle, with verdict No. 72 to 16,01,2001, with 18 years in prison
Citizens Agron Llesey surrendered to the Kurbin Police Commissioner for further procedural action.
Crime-investigators at the Kurbin Police Commissioner have made the execution of the ban on this citizen's ban, for the criminal acts of “weapons related to death, carried out in co-operation” “Producing and without permission of combat weapons” and “Armament without gun permission to hunt”.
