Zogiani has said that Vetevendosje in Fushe-Kosovo has monitored, analysed, and reported before public opinion on these problems.
He says that so far, the municipality has taken no serious steps to overcome this serious situation.
Zogiani says the Vetevendosje Movement after 22 October will begin with implementing the plan for many changes in education.
According to him, by reducing spending, some 500 thousand euros per year could be saved, which would ensure the construction of a school or two nests per year.

Campaign Imprograms in Fushe-Kosovo Schools
One of the reasons why the current administration in Fushe-Kosovo will leave in the October 22nd elections is the serious situation in education. Classes in the city are overloaded and working in three shifts. There are rarely any classrooms with fewer than 40 students, most of which have between 40 and 50 students. Schools lack teaching staff and objects. The municipality has done nothing to change this situation, while concentrated on non-priority investments, such as asphalt and sidewalks.
A considerable number of schools have no water, and as a result, they do not have sanitation for learning. In many of them, especially in villages, toilets do not function, and children are in danger of getting sick.
Many of the schools on Fushe-Kosovo territory offer no pre-school at all, even though this stage of schooling is legal duty.
Fushe-Kosovo has endless problems in the education sector, which, due to the abandoning of the municipality alone, have been deepened year-on-year. Vetevendosje Movement! in Fushe-Kosovo has monitored, analysed, and reported before public opinion on these problems. The general consolidation for this sector is that the municipality has not taken any serious steps to overcome this serious situation, but it has only improvised with measures that have largely targeted the employment of households associated with municipal administration, or those that have simply targeted votes.
In recent days, such improvisement has been done with employment of teachers without any pay cover. Thus, 4-5 teachers have been employed, to which the municipality has told them that the payment will begin by January of next year. Such campaign-time employment does not change the situation in Fushha-Kosovo education, because in this sector it needs drastic changes, not improvisements.
The Vetevendosje Movement in Kosovo, after 22 October, will begin with implementation of the plan for these changes in education. The first step will be made with budget spending savings on unplanned trips by senior municipal officials, at lunches, in unnecessary fuel purchases, in extinguishing costs for repair and maintenance of cars and objects, and in other budgetary lines that are in the headlines. Our analysis shows that from these costs, we can save about $500,000 a year, which will ensure that we build a school or two quarters a year.
Within a mandate, starting on October 22nd, and each year, Fushe-Kosovo will be building from a new quarter, continuing for three years, and within the same time two primary schools will be built, which will eventually solve the situation with a lack of space.
As of October 22nd, a serious teacher training will begin in order for them to be assisted in adapting to new curriculums but also to new teaching methods.
The Communist's permanent administration after 22 October will be the technology of schools. Schools will be equipped with technological labs, and linked to an internal and internet network. This will be possible through investments that the municipality will do under a larger project of technology of its territory, meaning primarily extending optic cables to every part of it. This network will provide revenue and will pay itself for a short time, because it will be an infrastructure that will be rented to online suppliers. In a word, the education sector in Fushe-Kosovo will be transformed within a mandate of our governance.
