But according to the media, 44-year-old Martin Duram was shot five times in May 2015.
Glenna Duram suffered a head injury in what prosecutors said was a suicide attempt but survived.
Martin Duram's ex-wife, Christina Keller, has said that after the assassination, the spoiled parrot, Bud, repeated the words “don't shoot” making the sound like Martin Duram.
E Keller, it's known he's even owned the bird after Martin Duram's death.
