First forecasts for winter this year, following an extremely hot summer show that Europe in general is expected to be a mild winter
The data which is now available to the public by model UK Met Office Glosea, shows that especially during October, November and yesterday we will have average low temperatures.
The American Climate Forecast System, which has published some information on how winter in Europe will be, updates regularly but suggests another mild winter.
Despite what they show, the level of seasonal models for Great Britain and North-Western Europe is still low. In other words, they are not very accurate until some of the other predictive systems emerge with their results.
Last year, the November 2016 ' s ' 2017 was rougher marking low temperatures.
