The inhabitants do not speak of their wealth, and they keep it secret, and the approach of the media is limited.
The Chinese village of Huaxi is located in Jiangsu County, and rightly bears the name “the rich man's livestock”.
Each of the 2,000 inhabitants of this village has at least $250,000 in its bank account, health insurance, and free education, and lives in luxurious villas, in fact, all live in identical villas.
But there is an internal agreement. If someone decides to abandon the village and move somewhere else, lose everything in his bank account and, of course, the villa, and because of that, almost nobody dares go because it would be left without anything and end up on the street.
Most residents work seven days a week, so is it why they're going to spend all that money?
30 years ago, this village was just one of the poor Chinese villages, with about 600 inhabitants. But then the world was the secretary of the Communist party committee of Wu Renabo village, to the idea of how to bring prosperity to the village. Soon he founded certain firms, and the poor became wealthy.
Now this village is considered a multibillion billion conglomerate in the steel and transport market.
The media have been interested in Huaxi, when it was announced that this village's average resident earns $18,000 a year, which is much more than what can be gained in other Chinese provinces.
To show the power of the village, they built a modern, 72 - story sky in 2011 for the construction of $430m, which is enough for the different entertainment of the inhabitants. But gambling and drugs are forbidden.
Clearly, the village has its own transportation company. But it does not flow through the streets but in the air. Local transport uses helicopters, so residents have access to cities around them for ten minutes.
Huaxiï residents do not talk about their wealth, businesses, nor about how they managed to enrich themselves, while the approach of media to this village is limited. This is where journalists can't walk without special permission from local government. /Cutta Metro/
