Dialogue with Serbia, according to him, has had the effect, and the whole process must end with recognition of Kosovo by the state of Serbia. He has stressed that dialogue with Serbia has changed the situation in the northern part of Kosovo, citing customs officers in the north, holding elections and, as he said, remains the integration of the justice system.
