Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has talked about liberalising visits on Kosovo. He has repeatedly criticised Brussels, saying he is treating Kosovars as second-class citizens.
Kosovo citizens must now move freely. We're all working on this case. The country's institutions are working to meet all visa conditions. But, there is another issue, as Brussels is treating us as second ranking citizens”, Thaci has said in RTK.
