The Serbian list has marred the Albanian party coalition's deal, PDK-AAK-NISMA-AKR (PANA). Just two days after signing the coalition agreement at his home, Behgjet Pacolli has lost a ministry yet without the formation of Government writes Koha Ditore today.
He has abandoned leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development to leave it to the Serbian List. This decision came after the marathon meeting held between the coalition PANA and the Serbian List. Finalising the bargain with Serbs has paved the way for the continuation of the constitutional session, which will be held today ( Thursday).
Serbs have threatened to fail institutions if they are given the Ministry of Agriculture, along with the Ministry of Communities and the Ministry of Local Power. Without the Serbian List, which has 10 deputies in the Kosovo Assembly, PANA cannot form institutions.
