American Secretary of State Rex W. Tillerson, has sent congratulations to outgoing Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, congratulating the Festival of Kurban Bayram even for all Muslims.
Stressing the importance of this holiday for Muslims worldwide, Secretary Tillerson said that the diversity of cultures and states represented in the annual Haxhi serves as a reminder of the visual civil societies that stand together in prayer, appreciating spiritual reflection, service, helping them less fortunate and establishing the foundations of mutual respect that exceeds borders.

Please accept my best wishes to Muslims all over the world, at their Kurban Bay, as well as my greetings to those who return home, marking the end of the pilgrimage to Haxhi.
It is a significant moment to see close to three million Muslims, including thousands of American Muslims gathered in Mecca to fulfill the fifth pillar of Islam.
