The Central Election Commission has decided that Prizren's Initiative for Chairmanship candidate Zafir Berisha cannot compete in the 22 October local elections. We remember Berisha has abstained, so he has not voted in favour of the Haradinaj government, even though his party is in the PAN coalition.
The news has revealed Valmir Ismaili from Democracy Plus through a Facebook post.
“Zefir Berisha is dequatified by the CEC, given a final decision of the 1210.2015.
