The figure figured artisticly, but indicating a bitter Kosovo reality, was made by artist Kushtim Mehmeti from Skenderaj, writes Magazina.al.

Mehmet, who is a director by profession and has won many awards both at home and abroad, is also known as a major critic of power in Skenderaj.

He has decided that in the October 22nd elections, he will race for the municipal assembly by the Vetevendosje party, hoping that his critical voice to power there will be carried from artistic path to institutional ones.
