Ramush Haradinaj unblocked at border

Prime Minister Haradinaj will hardly be able to reach a new agreement on marking the border line with Montenegro. Montenegrin officials have declared days before demarcation with Kosovo is a work done for them, while international diplomats say Kosovo can force the neighbouring state to submit the Agreement on Demarketation [...]
Montenegro and international allies are not giving hope to the Kosovo side for a new agreement on marking the border between the two countries or sending the demarcation to the International Referee.
During the recent visit of Kosovo's chief diplomat to Podgorica Behgjet Pacolli, senior Montenegrin state officials told him that demarcation between the two countries is a work done for them, despite the local diplomacy chief's demanding consensus on the other side.
Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama, also during yesterday's meeting with Kosovo government chief Ramush Haradinaj in Tirana, has extended the executive invitation instead of quickly resolving the demarcation issue with Montenegro, as he said, the issue is freezing Kosovo's reports with the international community.
While the ambassador of Great Britain to Kosovo, Ruairi O'Connell, has stated yesterday that Kosovo can force Montenegro to submit the Demarcing Agreement to the International Referee, as for such action it needs reconciliation of both sides with international appreciation.
