“I was returning from work somewhere between the Beloreka and Dinamo subway station. A man about 50 with gray hair takes the girl out of the car, she seemed to be three or four. He kept crying. But the man did not give up his intentions. When I saw her take her pants off, I thought she was pissing, but it turned out something completely different. He took out a black professional camera and started filming it. He made him dance naked”, stated Ecatarina, which handed over the video to security authorities.
She failed to help the helpless little girl because she was separated by an iron fence. But what surprised him most is that no one interfered with stopping this man.
Ecatharita was very scared, but at some point she was reminded of getting her phone and filming the story. She's been trying to film this man's face and license plates, then going straight to the police.
“I keep getting excited about what I saw.”, she added.
Police have been searching for pedophiles in the video.
