This regulation has made some fundamental changes that include:
The reduction of the beans and master's themes that could manage a teacher within an academic year;
The lowering of payments to mentors and commission members to protect them at the level of master and doctorate studies.
The lowering of fees on permanent university commissions;
The appointed or elected academic staff in one of the leading positions (rectors, projectors, members of the Steering Council, dean and prodecans), will receive the basic wage in line with the academic call he carries, and not as it has been with the current regulation where everyone is paid with a regular professor's salary;
Establishing an additional 5h to 6h (hour) per week for lectures and 8h to 10h (hour) per week for exercise (nome that reduces the need for commitment of foreign associates)
as well as sanctions involving missing hours (uncontinent) non-reporting by professors.
Adoption of this regulation has resulted from the will of the UP's management to make positive changes in university so that all UP employees are valued and rewarded only on merit bases criteria.
The regulation, which was approved at the Pristina University Steering Council's collection “Hasan Pristina”, held on the 08.09.2017, will take effect on October 1st 2017, while with the payment savings to be made under this regulation, greater opportunities for new employment of regular academic personnel are created.
