The Demarketing Agreement with Montenegro, which has already made more than two years since it was signed, can reach solutions through several scenarios. The first option, according to international law experts, concerns refusing to vote on this agreement and reopening new negotiations with Montenegro.
Meanwhile, the second option concerns sending the agreement to the Arbitrazhi Court. Nevertheless, they consider it necessary to co-operate with Montenegro about this issue, since no solution can be reached otherwise.
On the other hand, officials within the government have pledged that Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj will soon resolve the Demarket Agreement.
The government “Haradinaj” since the first day has dismissed the Border Marking Commission with Montenegro, led by Murat Mehahu, as well as nominated Bulliqi's speed at the head of the commission that is expected to be formed.
