The names of directors fired by Haradinaj

The decision was made after the letter that the prime minister's office has accepted from the Anti-Corruption Agency 462 protocol of the 2202.2016 date, through which measures have been recommended to be taken against those appointed through the Borde of Public Enterprises, in opposition to legal provisions.

So, based on this document, the Anti-Corruption Agency, during the development of preliminary investigations, as well as the examination of relevant documentation provided by the Prime Minister's Office, analysis by the NGO Group, as well as the analysis of the legal base in force that has to do with the appointments of Public Enterprises, has noted that for directors of many Central Public Enterprises, persons have been appointed who based on the Law provisions for Public Enterprises cannot exercise such a function.

The ERA documents (The Agency for European Reform) have been approved in Government and prosecuted in the Assembly last year. Thus, according to this document, it is specifically required that: “The government vows to act on recommendations issued by the Anti-Corruption Agency. ”

Based on these documents, this Government meeting has made a decision to dismiss board directors of Public Enterprises, appointed contrary to the Public Enterprise Law, described in the Opinion of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
