Delays are being made due to the dispute between the Lipjan municipality and the Ministry of Education. Kosovo's Director General of Prisons, after the inauguration of the new Educational Correcting Centre, has said he expects this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that these inmates can learn at the same time as their peers.
The new Justice Minister, the dictator who has helped build this particular facility by 70 thousand euros, has very little talked about it.
He is largely focused on his governing programme, citing that one of his main priorities will review legislation concerning the seizure of illegal property.
