LDK MP Armend Zemaj says the person who has beaten and tortured Decani students today is the main person of the budget sharing of 60 million taxpayers for agricultural subsidies, Nenad Ricalo.

Rikallon, who has been divided into the post of minister in the Kosovo government, Zemaj calls the paramilitary of the Milosevic regime. He invites the prosecution to investigate the case.

The Minister of Government of <x0patriots, the paramilitary of Milosevic's regime, Rikalo, who had beaten and established students of the Decani municipality, were authenticly portrayed by Dardannia residents today, the main person of the budget sharing of 60 million honest taxpayers for agricultural subsidies. The first beneficiaries, of course, will be the leaders of this coalition and their groups, who privatised (Ukraed) hundreds of acres of agricultural land in the Decani municipality. While the beaten and brilliant pre-war students will now be watching closely how the images of the occupation continue to be presented along with “clarging”, throwing political subsidies especially now before local elections.
