New Minister: I will stop environmental degradation in Decan

Minister Resitaj wrote through a post on the social network “Facebook” that she has concerned the current state of the Environment in the Decani municipality, adding that she will work not to be allowed to become the eventual environmental degradation in this municipality.

With concern I received the Zemaj MP's announcement on the current state of the environment in the Decani municipality.

The nature of Kosovo is our treasure, our pride and our civic and institutional responsibility.

As the new MMPH minister, I guarantee my maximum commitment to the company of all measures that will positively influence the quickest ban on any degradation that can become the Environment in Decani and other municipalities. I've already contacted the responsible persons and we're waiting for information through the official channels and never hesitate to be personally acquainted with such problems.

Meanwhile, Your Honor, Deputy Zemaj, and all of you citizens of Decani, I beg you, that we jointly come to the protection of the environment, the beauty of Decani and our entire country. Only with genuine co-operation between citizens and institutions can we achieve concrete results in protecting the environment in Kosovo.
