Lulzim Peci has asked why this issue was not addressed so far, even though Nenad Ricalo has been known for public opinion.
Peci says that only now that Ricalo became minister did he intend to take care of it.

One thing I was wondering about the charges against Minister Ricalo, without wanting to enter into their truth. Why was this matter never addressed, even though Mr. Ricalo has been known for public opinion and has often been in the media before becoming a minister? Or, just that he was appointed minister, did people intend to take care of it?
