Developed live training has included ballistic missiles launched by warplanes and land.
This exercise came after US chief of defence James Mattis warned that any threat to the US or its allies on the part of Penian would be followed with a “massive military reaction”.
The North says it has tested a hydrogen bomb that can adapt to a long-range missile.
Pennyan has repeatedly challenged UN sanctions and international pressure by developing nuclear weapons and test rockets and provocations only intensified.
Over the past two months, North Korea has conducted interc mount ballistic missile tests, sending one over continental Japan to the Pacific Ocean. It has also threatened to send missiles towards Guam's American Pacific territory.
The UN Security Council will hold an emergency meeting Monday to discuss the crisis.
