Wessel has stated it is a matter of days when institutions will be formed, and this will be done with consultation among all political parties, including Rugova List.
He has voiced confidence that there will be no delays.
Coalition The PAN-AK was signed just moments ago, where they were: Behgjet Pacolli, Kadri Veselini, Ramush Haradinaj and Fatmir Limaj.
