Illegal hunting, 54-year-old

Police have reported that during control of the vehicle, as well as their residences were found and blocked by four hunting weapons, a quantity of war ammunition, as well as hand flashlights used for the event.

Crime Department specialists at the Devol Police Commissioner made the capture and arrest of citizens:

Star Zhulek, 54, resident of the village of Train.

As well as free criminal proceedings against citizens began: U.S., 51, residents in the village of Proger-Devol.

On the date 01.09,2017, while the Devoll Police Commissioner's services were being exercised
in the vicinity of the village of Tren, within the “National Prespa Park”, have ascertained citizens star Zhulek and U.H., in the license plate dV2188A, whose allegations arose that they exercised illegal hunting in this area.

During the search exercised in the above vehicle, they were found and blocked:

2 hunting weapons,
Two electric lights as well as a couple of bullets.

Police raids have also taken place at the residences of these citizens, where it was found at the Zhulek Star's residence and blocked with the quality of the material evidence 1 rifle (chift) and 70 pieces of model 56 pistol bullets without the permission of competent organs.

Materials in their charge passed to the Judiciary District Attorney Korac for criminal acts: “Producing and possession without permission of combat weapons and ammunition”, “Producing and possession of hunting and sports weapons” envisioned by Article 278/4 of the 280 Penal Code.
