Haradinaj accepts the Association Agreement for which he protested in the square

It was January 9th of last year when AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj, now the country's prime minister, led opposition protesters, along with other political leaders of the opposition. They left the National Library to march towards the Government object, which was led by Isa Mustafa (LDK), in co-governance with Hashim Thaci (PDK).
Starting towards the Government had a goal of obstructing the Demarketing Agreement with Montenegro, and the Kosovo-Serbia Agreement for the establishment of the majority Serbian Commission Association (AKS).
Haradinaj had extended the invitation to his party's sympathisers, but also to all citizens, to join the protest against these agreements.
Protests before the government went smoothly until the end of speeches by opposition political leaders.
Then everything came out of control.
Tear gas against protesters, Molotov towards police. Many wounded from both sides. Protesters arrested.
This, with the sole purpose of ʹause to prevent these two agreements, is included in the establishment of association, reports Insander.
In fact, along with other opposition parties Ramush Haradinaj organised the petition with over 200,000 signatures for the same cause.
In an attempt to put these signatures in place, Haradinaj had offended security members.
“Nalna involuntarily, mother-in-law, idiots..., go, push, push, fool, ”, had told Haradinaj to security members by barely entering the Assembly.
Haradinaj in the government programme also introduced Zeyednica.
But it is the same man who now heads the country government, who has put the Association Agreement into the government's 2017-2021 programme. And that, based on the Brussels agreement, which he himself protested.
At the time of candidate for prime minister from coalition PAN, Haradinaj had said that association would be made in accordance with the Constitution.
As for Zajedina, the solution will be made with the Constitution. Not Republika Srpska in Kosovo, but resolution with Constitution”, he had said in an interview for local media.
However, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has stated that this programme is not final and that it will be completed following discussions to be held in the Parliament and other interested parties in the process, Isander reports.
But whatever the case, the establishment of the Association should happen because internationals are looking for it.
Serbian List: Condition is establishment of association under agreement in Brussels
The government Haradinaj managed to live by the Serbian List vote, which received permission from Belgrade for this.
In fact, the continuation of the constitutional session had to be postponed for several hours, pending deputies from the Serbian List who were returning from Belgrade.
Their arrival in the Assembly Hall enabled the establishment of the Assembly and Government.
But the foundation of the Association is also closely linked to the conditions the Serbian List imposed on Haradinaj to support it in establishing institutions.
Representatives of the Serbian List have indicated they have clarified the conditions in which they have decided to be part of Kosovo's next government.
Serbian List Chairman Goran Rakiq had stated that among the main requirements is the formation of the Serb majority Communist Association, according to the agreement on dialogue in Brussels.
He had said the Serbian List would take all its steps in the interest of the Serb people in Kosovo.
