The Kosovo government's non-prevention of underground acts continues to drag on the reclassification of war veterans, Koha Ditore writes today.
Even though incumbent Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has warned that during this week the Commission will begin working on the categories of veterans, the institution he is currently running has not approved the regulation, which would pave the way for the work of this commission.
The category of veterans has been a request from the IMF, which had repeatedly alarmed Government that the budget cannot cover the costs of this scheme
