Based on the outcome of the elections and the Constitutional Court's decision of 2014, the winning coalition has the right to the Assembly Speaker's proposal before the president mandates the prime minister of the future government. The candidate for the presidential post is Kadri Veseli, already nominated for government chief, Ramush Haradinaj.
Albert Krasniqi, a researcher at the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), has said that a coalition of about 20 political subjects makes a government very fragmented, each of which will have demands for accommodation.
