My client, the deputy of the Kosovo Parliament, Mr. Frasher Krstiqi, has been interviewed as a suspect in recent hours of slight bodily injuries to Kosovo Assembly MP Milaim Zeka. The incident was triggered during the TV debate in Klan Kosova. Frasher Krasniqi has stated that it has been a course offended by Milaim Zeka and has reacted to the effect. Somewhere in the middle of the night, the prosecutor has assigned the detention measure for 48 hours to Mr. Krasniqi. He is expected to appear before the judge at the basic Court in Pristina within this deadline. He believed that there was no need to arrest MP Krasniqi at all because everything was live on TV and everything is easy to prove what happened, as it would be to await hearing in the court where it will be decided on whether MP Krasniqi is released.
