That might surprise you. It's soy.

A soy pea contains many nutrients and needs to be boiled. The negative side of it is that it may contain certain acids known as fuses that block the absorption of food, but it also relates to lowering bad cholesterol in the organism”, she said.

It also stresses that in Asia, people have used soybeans for years and are one of the healthiest people in the world.

There is, of course, another study that tells of the soybeans and its impact on hormone disorders.

As in all else, moderate use is the key. If you use soybeans twice a week, you don't do anything dangerous in your health.
