Nearly 30,000 people were evacuated to the central part of Ukraine, as an army weapons depot with over 188,000 tons of ammunition is involved in the blaze, writes the Daily Mail, broadcast the Indexline.
Calinkova's warehouse near Vinnytsia is involved in fire and has created a very powerful explosion, where huge fire cannons, rockets, and other weapons can be seen in the photos published below.
Two women living near the warehouse have been rushed to the hospital, having suffered serious bodily injuries after they are forced into pieces of broken grenades, while more than a thousand firefighters and members of the Ukrainian National Guard have joined forces to locate the fire. Still not known what caused the fire, but local media report that behind this sabotage are the Russians. Thousands of shells have exploded in the sky, while the ammunition depot involved by fire is considered the largest in Ukraine.
Ukrainian journalist Yuri Butusov believes Russia is behind this powerful explosion. He even claims it was the “gift” of Russian President Vladimir Putin for his Ukrainian counterpart, Petro Porosenko, who on Tuesday turned 52-year.
