President Trump called me about a week ago on this matter. He said he felt bad, and he told me he would follow this issue when we come to the United States of America within the framework of an official visit”, Erdogan said in an interview for “PBS” broadcast on September 19th evening.

Journal “Guardian” quoted a White House official as saying the two leaders discussed a wide variety of issues in last week's “phone conversation but there was no apology”, said “Dial Nesa”, the Periscope broadcast.

Eleven people were injured in the row during Erdogan's visit to Washington.

Erdogan said the US did not provide him protection from members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party <x0).

A grand jury on August 29th indicted 19 people, including 15 Turkish security officials, in connection with the row, according to US prosecutors./Periscopi/
