He told the newspaper “The new era” that the Constitution of Kacanik has been better than the current Constitution of the state of Kosovo.
I've had a letter and I've acted illegally. Although the police followed me and knew where I was, they did not arrest me. There have been others and we have illegally gone groups from all cities in Kosovo. When the police stopped us on the street, we said we were going to an opening. In fact, we went to the evening at 8:00 and approved the Constitution, known as the Constitution of the Kacanic. Not only me, but experts have also said that the Cachanic Constitution has been very well compiled. It was compiled by the best jurists of the day. Therefore, I say with full responsibility that the Constitution of Kacanik is better than the current Constitution of Kosovo. I say so considering minority minorities, collaboration with neighbouring states, economic development, human rights and other issues. So it was far more perfect than today's Constitution”, Miklovci declared.
He has suggested that during this term as MP, he will initiate the request that delegates to the Kacanik Constitution be recognised MP status. According to Miclovci, it is a pity that no Government since the post-war has treated delegates well at the time, not providing them with a symbolic pension.
