A group of psychologists from Finland have managed to find that the number of days off has no effect on the general holiday to achieve maximum happiness. But the happiness of rest peaks on the eighth day.
Research shows that the positive effects of vacation “are done on the first day during the restart of work”.
So 7 to 11 days is enough to enjoy and completely rest.
