Z. Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli has demanded that Kosovo not be conditioned with demarcation to gain free movement.
On the basis of MPJA's announcement Pacolli has said that since the border issue poses no problem for Montenegro, this should not happen even with EU countries.
Commissioner Hahn for his part has not given any answers, but has stressed that EU countries should listen to this option.
Otherwise, Montenegro's government has reaffirmed that the issue of demarcation is a job done for their state.
They said they're open to talk, but they've already ratified it.
