Ratification of the demarcation with Montenegro in Kosovo is being seen by two prospects. The first, that of the ruling coalition, under which it is a fair agreement on the demarcation of the border line with Montenegro and is necessary for the start of implementation of visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens.
But, despite this “conviction” said several times that the demarcation will be re-proceded in the Assembly, this is not happening.
This is because the ruling coalition is failing to ensure sufficient numbers to ratify it.
